Refund and Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return from your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Our Customer Service representatives will need the following information to expedite the returns process. After we receive the following information we will contact you with a Return Goods Authorization Number.

  • Customer name
  • Invoice number
  • Reason for return
  • Phone number

Once that information is processed you will receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number. Do not send your item back without a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number. Any item returned without a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number will not be processed.

Refund Terms and Limits

  • After 45 days your return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • No returns will be accepted after 90 days
  • Freight will not be refunded

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like laundry machine parts and chemicals.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted we will send your replacement.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
